I am neglecting my blog, what a bad little blogger I am. So lets gets some posting started!

Oh my amazeballs.....I can't believe its already October! Where has this year gone? It's a blur of incredibleness (yes I make up words...one day I will write my own dictionary for sweet words) This year has been another incredible year for me and my pudin pop. We've done so much! Bought a super fantastic house in an amazing neighborhood that Im in love with, took PLENTY of vacations (although you can never take too many vacations) I started school, and life has been spoiling us. Oh how I love to be spoiled. How does life know me so well? ;) Although I could definitely do without the school part.

Lately I have been obsessing over Pintrest.....hasn't everyone? Its only the most stellar invention EVER. I feel soo crafty (even though I just fantasize about doing everything, instead of actually doing it) I have big plans though! Two nights ago I decided to actually try one of the many things I have been pinning.....

It was soo nummmy!! If I say so myself :) I did one stand up job. My pizza could have done without the little hole in the middle (which was created because my stupid grill burnt my crust and therefore I had to do surgery and remove a little square of pizza) it was all my grills fault, I swear! But the dinner turned out pretty good...so it gave me hope of trying more things I found on Pinterst.

I'm sooo excited to give my house a little pizzazz! Also, I'm incredibly stoked about my handy dandy hubby landscaping our backyard! He just started last weekend and I'm on the edge of my seat to see how this baby turns out! Im literally sitting on the little edge of my wooden chair. 

We've got some things in the works..so as soon as everything is done I will definitely be posting some pictures!

So in conclusion, life is AMAZEBALLS :)

SURPRISE!!

  For my birthday Matthew surprised me as usual! I really thought I had it all figured out this time...I was 100% sure he was getting me an Iphone. My phone was definitely ancient and it was crapping out on me, but I refused to get a new phone because I "knew" Matthew was getting me my Iphone :) So I was holding out. Of course everytime anyone asked why I dont get a new phone, I told them how my hubbsters was going to get me my Iphone so I was waiting. I even said it in an email to my Mother! Which was a mistake. I then got a text from Matt saying he saw my email and he was not surprising me with an Iphone. So of course I was in shock! When we both got home that day he told me if that was what I really wanted for my birthday that I could get it. So we went and got me an Iphone :) I was soooo happy! (but that was just to throw me off) I then left the next day for Salt Lake for a wedding I was in. We ended up driving home late after the wedding got over...So I didnt get home till about 3! Of course Matthew waited up for me. When I got home I saw gifts on the counter from my Mother and Sister-in law and in between them laid a card from my hubby! Of course it was a super sweet Indiana Jones birthday card (Sort of an inside joke) and when I opened them I saw two tickets to a YANKEE VRS ANGELS GAME....which of course means Matthew was taking me to CALIFORNIA!! Oh my I dont think I've ever been so excited! I pretty much went nuts!! Not only is he fulfilling my life dream to see the Yankees but he is also taking me to Six Flags! I honestly think this has been the most amazing extraordinary birthday ever! I really am such a lucky girl to have such an amazing husband! My heart couldnt be filled with more love for him...I honestly think I might burst sometimes! Im totally and utterly borderline obsessed with him. He is my rock and my everything. He really has made my life so filled with happiness. Im gonna lubbb you forever Matthew Nelson! Ohhhhhh and I totally forgot to mention how I bought myself a snazy Yankees T-shirt a couple months ago....and Matthew thought it wasn't a good buy. HA! I knew I'd need it one day :)

Back to SCHOOL...for the 1st time!

I enrolled myself at Dixie State! I have been wanting to go to school for a long time and I finally got the balls to do it. Excuse my reference to my pretend "balls" but it had to be said. I had been waiting and waiting for school to start and then when it did, I almost wanted to quit. I'll explain why.....my first day was INSANE! I start at 7:30 in St. George (which means I wake up at 6:30 because I live in Hurricane) So my day got off to a bright and early start. Of course I was so lost and pretty much overwhelmed the whole day, and to top it off some girl HIT my car! Well it's a long story but we'll go with that. I really thought I was going to cry and then become a drop out. Luckily I had my sister-in law and my mother-in law to talk me through it. So I stuck it out and they were right. My second day was sooo much better! Now I love school :) As you can see Im starting to become addicted to energy drinks. That is the downfall of all day school. My day doesn't end till 4 and then its off to work...so I pretty much have an energy drink handy at ALL times!

LIFE LATELY

SO.....I've been naughty. Its been quite a long time since I last blogged, but I'll try and make up for it right now. So get ready for an abnormally massive and HUGE post :) Enjoy!!


I had a bunch more pictures but for some odd reason my computer wont corroperate with me....so this will have to do! My beautiful twin sister and I celebrated our 21st birthday together on Aug 11th. I was actually a bridesmaid in an amazing wedding this same weekend up in Salt Lake, so it worked out perfect because Amber lives up north also. We went to dinner and It was so nice to just be with her! It had been a little while since we had got to see each other..so it was a lot of fun!!

This is our 3rd Valentines Day together and it felt like our first :) Only this year we kept it a little low key....dinner with friends was the perfect way to celebrate. Matt "surprised" me with the most beautiful orchid! I couldnt have asked for anything better. The reason I ("surprised") above is because it wasn't a huge surprise seeing as I told Matthew I wanted a flower for Valentines haha We both think they are pretty much a big waste of money because they die and are really over priced...but every girl wants flowers SOMETIMES :) it was a surprise on what flower I would get though. Orchids are the flowers I choose for our fabulous wedding and they are one of my favorite flowers so I was very excited to see that he had got me one...but it wasn't just any old Orchid that would eventually die...he got me one that I can keep forever. As long as I don't end up killing it! I am such a lucky lady to have such a wonderful and amazing man to take care of me and be with me forever. He is truly my best friend and I couldn't be more in love with him!

OUR NEW PAD!!!

We have officially bought our first home!!! Such a relief to finally have the whole crazy process over...I felt like I was getting audited. It was intense to say the least, but sooooo worth it!! Our weekend of moving went by so quick, it usually takes me a week to get everything put away but luckily our family came down and helped us move. Within a day we had most everything moved and with the help of my amazing sister and mother in law we painted all of our furniture, organized everything, and decorated the house. It turned out ADORABLE! Luckily I have a handy husband and father in law that installed all of our appliances and fixed what the lame plumbers missed. I love having a husband that can pretty much fix and do anything. Im a happy lady!! I love everything about our new home :) Can't wait to have everyone over for the super bowl this sunday!! So if you dont have plans and want to stop by...PLEASE DO!!!

So this year has brought us so many happy memories and I cant wait to make new ones in 2011!! We have big plans for this year and will start out by buying our new home this month. The plan is to close on January 28th and I am beyond ecstatic about it! I am such a lucky girl to have married my other half and best friend....we ended 2010 in the perfect way and are starting 2011 in great ways!
